<p>No próximo dia 20 de Abril, o DOC celebra o seu 5º aniversário. A data testemunha o sucesso de um restaurante ligado desde a primeira hora à promoção do Douro e do vinho.</p>
<p>Para dar ainda mais brilho à sua festa, o DOC vai associar-se desta vez à casa de vinho do Porto Rozés e à sua parceira Pommery, que está a celebrar o 10º aniversário e irá servir alguns dos seus melhores champanhes. Além de António Saraiva, o director em Portugal do grupo Vranken Pommery Monopole, vai estar presente no jantar Thierry Gasco, o responsável máximo por todos os champanhes da Maison Pommery, incluindo as suas famosas Cuvée Louise e Cuvée Louise Rosé.</p>
<p>Situado num dos mais belos cenários do Douro, o cais da Folgosa, entre a Régua e o Pinhão, o restaurante DOC volta a ser, por uma noite, a principal sala de provas e de visitas da região, reunindo em torno de um menu especial os dois grandes vinhos do mundo: o vinho do Porto e o Champanhe.</p>
<p>Prometemos uma grande festa, com propostas culinárias sofisticadas mas baseadas na memória e na tradição, vinhos memoráveis e música ao vivo.</p>
